In this episode we chat to the lovely Danny Mills outside a pub in sunny Harrogate. For those who don’t know, Danny is an ex footballer, he played for England, Man City, Middlesbrough and more importantly (Dean told me to write that) Leeds!

We’ve split this chat up into two episodes as there’s lots of it.
So in this, part 1, he talks to us about his marathons, being a family man and life after playing professional football.
