Hiya!
A bit of a different episode for you this week.
On Sunday 7th April we were at mile 16 of the Manchester Marathon 2019!
Gary was DJ’ing pumping out big tunes and good vibes and Dean was dressed as Spider-Man heckling the runners. Standard Behind The Medal behaviour!
We chat to a few people on race day including an appearance from Scott Cunliffe (episode 4 hero) and we also chat to Callum Rowlinson, who ran the race, to find out how he got on!

Loved listening to this and all your podcasts, training for Devil of the Highlands on Aug 3rd and on long runs music sometimes isn't what I want, a friend told me about you guys and my God I nearly cried laughing, I can relate to everything you guys talk about, I'm a slow runner but love the trails, and it helps my mindset, the most under prescribed medicine ever is just getting outside.....look forward to more from you belters lol, sending the love ❤
